Mr. Mahendra Kumar Jalan, a noted industrialist, is the Chairman and Managing Director of MKJ Group. He is a man of vision and foresight. He has business interests in dairy, food processing, real estate, port, steel, and other industrial sectors. Mr. Jalan’s knowledge, efficiency, and experience have enabled Keventer & MKJ Group to emerge as an iconic brand. He is currently the Honorary Consul of Ireland in Kolkata. He is also a trustee member of Heritage School and Heritage School of Technology and a member of several Chambers of Commerce. He is a philanthropist, a humanitarian, and a guiding force for many and his name, stature, and legacy is noteworthy.

Harikeshwar Sah (DIN: 00214759)

Mr. Harikeshwar Sah, a B. Com Graduate having more than 15 years of experience, is a multi task oriented person having expertise in handling secretarial matters, finance, accounts and depository and share related matters.

Pritha Basu (DIN: 07137016)

Ms. Pritha Basu has done her LLM in Corporate Law and Governance from National Academy of Legal Research and Studies University of Law (NALSAR), Hyderabad and was enrolled under the Bar Council of West Bengal on November, 2011. She has been involved in various research oriented advisory work and has assisted students in United Kingdom in their projects relating to English laws. She has in depth knowledge of Corporate Laws. She has been appointed as Independent Director in the Company.

Debjani Chatterjee (DIN: 07143505)

Ms. Debjani Chatterjee has done her B.A (Hons) from Calcutta University and LLB from Burdwan University and was enrolled under the Bar Council of West Bengal on September, 2008. She has over 5 years of experience in dealing various cases of Supreme Court of India, Company Law Board and lower courts as well and also handles Criminal and Arbitration matters. She has been appointed as Independent Director in the Company.

Akansha Agarwal, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

She is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She shall handle all the Secretarial and Legal work in relation to the Company. She is also a Commerce Graduate.
